Opening this bag you’re immediate presented with a very large cola. It looks like it was trimmed well, packaged only a month ago, and it still has a nice ‘skushyness’ to it. It’s not the most impressive looking large bud I’ve ever seen but it’s quite good.
I find the nose is a sweet candy like fruit, this is actually my first run in with this landrace strain and according to google that aroma is very on point for Durban poison. At 2.3% advertised terps, im impressed.
I rolled this into a joint and wasn't very impressed with the burn quality; it came out quite black and had a rather harsh smoke for me. I'd say this would be better running through a water pipe or a vaporizer. Even though the smoke wasn't as nice as I'd like it to be, the high was good. I felt uplifted and calm but ready to take on the tasks I had ahead of me. Overall, a great strain for that old-school sativa smoker.
