CANNABIS BUDTENDER

About the Role

As a Cannabis Budtender at Ingram & Sons, you will be the face of our business, providing expert guidance to customers about cannabis products, consumption methods, and responsible use. We're looking for personable, knowledgeable individuals who can create memorable shopping experiences.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and knowledgeable manner
• Educate customers on products, strains, consumption methods, and effects
• Process sales transactions accurately using our POS system
• Maintain product knowledge of our full inventory
• Ensure compliance with all Ontario cannabis regulations and AGCO requirements
• Verify customer identification (19+ only)
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment
• Participate in inventory management and stock rotation

Requirements

• Must be 19 years of age or older
• CannSell certification (or willingness to obtain prior to start date)
• Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
• Knowledge of cannabis products and culture is a strong asset
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
• Strong communication skills in English (bilingual English/French is a plus)
• Valid drivers license
• Own or have access to reliable vehicle.
