Canna-Sag is a craft grower in Petit-Saguenay, Quebec, on the Saguenay fjord. Their plants grow indoors in living organic soil that’s never tilled, so the microbes in the soil feed the plants. Every harvest is hung to dry slowly in a controlled room, trimmed by hand and cured for at least 30 days.
